Lola the Cafe Boat has now closed for the winter, but don’t worry – we’ll be back in April 2027, bringing our freshly prepared, stone-baked pizzas back to Birmingham’s beautiful canal network.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited us throughout the 2026 season. Whether you found us in Birmingham city centre, Bournville, Alvechurch, Kings Norton or one of our other canal-side locations, your support means the world to us.
We’re already looking forward to another year of great pizza, canal adventures and catching up with our wonderful customers.
Handmade Pizza on Birmingham’s Canals
If you haven’t discovered Lola the Cafe Boat yet, we’re a floating pizzeria serving handmade Neapolitan-style pizzas from our unique canal boat in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
Our pizzas are made using carefully selected ingredients, with dough fermented for 24 hours and cooked in a stone oven to create our delicious, distinctive crust.
Whether you love a classic Margherita, fancy a mushroom-packed pizza or prefer something with a little more heat, there’s something for everyone.
We also offer vegan and gluten-free options, so more people can enjoy a delicious pizza without missing out.
Where Can You Find Lola the Cafe Boat?
During our trading season, Lola travels to selected locations across Birmingham and the surrounding canal network. We visit different spots throughout the season, bringing our freshly made pizzas to local communities, canal visitors, boaters and hungry explorers.
Our 2027 trading locations and dates will be announced closer to our reopening in April.
